Orders are processed based on the nature of the product, with personalized items requiring a turnaround time of 12–15 working days.

We ship via trusted courier partners, and tracking details will be shared once dispatched. Delivery timelines may vary due to external factors beyond our control, including courier operations and local service limitations. Doorstep delivery is not guaranteed and may depend on the policies of the local courier office.

All items are carefully packaged to minimize the risk of damage in transit.

Separate orders cannot be combined, and individual shipping charges will apply.

Rush order option: Available at an additional cost for production prioritization only. This does not guarantee faster courier delivery, and timelines remain subject to postal services. Due to shorter processing windows, delays may still occur.

E-gifts are delivered via Email, WhatsApp, or call, depending on the selected option.
