Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed as production begins immediately. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you and issue a store credit valid for 12 months.
Are all your products personalized/made-to-order?
Yes, most of our products â including framed prints and canvas art â are made-to-order and crafted specifically for you. Slight variations in color, design, or finish may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces.
How do I confirm my order after payment?
Once you've completed your payment, please send a screenshot or evidence of your payment to us via WhatsApp at +91 9447121636 or email us at hello@thetreasuretrunk.in. This helps us confirm and prioritize your order quickly.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does it take to receive my order?
Personalized items require a production turnaround of 12â15 working days. Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you. Delivery timelines may vary due to courier operations.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes, a rush order option is available at an additional cost for production prioritization only. Please note this does not guarantee faster courier delivery â shipping timelines remain subject to postal services.
Can I ship to any address?
Yes, we ship to any requested address. Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate â incorrect information may result in delays or failed delivery. Doorstep delivery is not guaranteed and depends on local courier policies.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally including to the UAE. Separate shipping charges apply per order, and orders cannot be combined.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a personalized item?
Customized and personalized items (including frames and canvas) are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged in transit or are defective.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please raise a return request within 5 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, with packaging and proof of purchase. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7â10 working days after approval.

How are e-gifts delivered?
E-gifts are delivered via Email, WhatsApp, or call â depending on the option selected at checkout.
