Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS 

• Return requests accepted within 5 days of delivery for defective or damaged items only.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, with packaging and proof of purchase.
• Customized/personalized items (frames & canvas included) are non-returnable unless damaged in transit or defective.
• Refunds issued to original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.

ORDER CANCELLATION

• Orders cannot be cancelled once placed unless The Treasure Trunk is unable to fulfil the order.
• Approved cancellations are issued as store credit valid for 12 months.
• Delivered items in perfect condition cannot be cancelled.

DELIVERY

• Orders may be shipped to any requested address.
• Incorrect address/contact details may result in delays or failed delivery.
• Delivery timelines may vary due to external factors.
